OUR MISSION
Links to Leadership’s vision is to create a continuum that supports women and girls through
community, mentorship, and education. Our mission is to inspire connection, engagement, and
leadership through the game of golf. We invite you to become a sponsor, golfer, clinic
participant, volunteer, or underwriter of a Mentee Scholarship for attendees.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LINKS TO LEADERSHIP
WE WANT YOU THERE WITH US
Links to Leadership lays the groundwork for future women professionals, sales and marketing executives, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors.
We endorse diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Capital Region of New York and beyond by offering golf tournament and clinic scholarships. The scholarships were designed to expose individuals to the sport who may not have been given access to golf and/or are unable to participate due to the costs or other lifestyle factors.
This event also promotes volunteerism and mentoring of the next generation of volunteers. It gives the sponsored clinic participant or player the opportunity to network with established business leaders. We rely on individual attendees, businesses, and organizations to support these scholarships.
PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT
Links to Leadership is an inclusive event. We invite individuals of all gender identities to join us for a day of golf, positivity, fundraising, and fun!
TRY OUT GOLF IN THE LINKS TO LEADERSHIP CLINIC
If you’re new to the sport but want to learn alongside other professionals from the Capital Region, you should join our clinic! You don’t even need to own or bring golf clubs. You’ll be provided with all the tools you need to learn the game, plus the encouragement from Kay McMahon, LPGA Hall of Fame Golfer & Instructor, plus her entire team of experts.
